Sometimes you really discover the disgusting sides of your country.  This little creepycrawly is part of a series promoting a green action group whose child members are encouraged to turn in their parents and other grownups if they’re not “living green” enough.  Like using cars, air travel, energy, not recycling well, and evil nonprogressive stuff like that.

The same kind of phenomenon has been popping up in other countries as well.  This one is particularly flowery, though.
