Like Obama, Chavez is agreat fan of the “boot-on-your-neck” march forward, also known as “lean forward” or simply “surrender your a**”. But you can all relax, it’s just temporary. The “boot-on-your-neck” phase will morph into the “sword-on-your-neck” phase soon enough.
